Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. We offer flat-rate freight shipping for large smokers and grills, with options for lift-gate delivery to residential addresses.

Do you ship sauces and rubs internationally?

Currently, we ship our dry rubs and sauces within the United States and Canada. Due to varying food safety regulations, other international shipping is available upon request via our customer service team.

What is your return policy on BBQ accessories?

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items like sauces, rubs, or charcoal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For large freight items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Are your wood pellets and charcoal 100% natural?

Yes, we pride ourselves on stocking only high-quality, 100% hardwood pellets and lump charcoal with no chemical fillers or artificial additives to ensure the best flavor for your meat.

Do you offer assembly services for local customers?
