The name says it all. This sauce starts out with a very light touch of sweetness immediately followed to the finish with the heat of black pepper. If you’re not a spicy fan or a black pepper fan this baby isn’t for you. It is not like a lot of black pepper sauces, that you can’t see the pepper or taste it. Texas Black Pepper is the real deal. Not crazy hot but a bold pepper taste that hangs around. Goes great with a cold beer and a beef rib.
