At The Kansas City BBQ Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your pitmaster gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship It Back

Affix your shipping label and the RMA number to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
